Daisuki collects only the minimum data necessary to provide our services. Specifically, we collect:
We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting support.
Data is used solely to deliver and improve the learning experience within the app. This includes syncing your study progress across devices, maintaining your subscription status, and diagnosing technical issues. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your study data is stored locally on your device and, when cloud sync is enabled, on our secure servers. Your anonymous device identifier and study data are encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
If you enable daily study reminders, we use your device's local notification system to deliver them. No notification content or scheduling data is transmitted to our servers. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings.

Your study data is retained for as long as your app is installed or your account is active. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our servers within 30 days. Anonymised diagnostic data may be retained for up to 12 months.
Daisuki is not directed at children under the age of 4. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app carries a 4+ age rating on the App Store.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@noeski.com. For deletion requests, please include "Data Deletion Request" in your subject line. If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. The revised date at the top of this page will always reflect when the policy was last updated.
